Terms of service

These terms are between you and Ormilio ("we", "us"). By using ormilio.com or the Ormilio app at app.ormilio.com, you agree to them. If you use Ormilio for a church or group, you confirm you can agree for it.

What Ormilio is

Ormilio helps a group sing and read together. A leader keeps a list of songs and texts, and everyone follows the same words at the same moment on their own phone or on a big screen. Ormilio is a web service; there is nothing to install.

Accounts

Leaders sign in with their email or Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in safe. People who only follow the words, and helpers who use a link from a leader, do not need an account.

Plans and prices

• Free: $0, with limits on songs and people (shown on the pricing page).
• Ormilio Plus: $9 a month, with unlimited songs and up to 100 people at once.
• Ormilio Premium: $99 a month, with unlimited songs and people.

Prices may be shown in your local currency at checkout. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added where required. If we change a price, we tell you before your next payment, and you can cancel before it applies.

Paying, renewing and cancelling

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's checkout buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Plus and Premium are paid subscriptions that renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the "Upgrade" screen in the app ("Manage your plan"), which opens your payment page, or by writing to us. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your group returns to Free. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Words and songs you add

You keep ownership of the words you add. You are responsible for having the right to use them, for example by holding the church music licenses that apply where you are. Do not add content that is unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove such content and may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Using Ormilio fairly

Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer Ormilio, use it to send spam or harm, or share a leader sign-in with people outside your group.

Availability

We work to keep Ormilio running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Please keep a backup of your words if you need them for an important gathering.

Our responsibility

Ormilio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email.
